HR Coordinator

Job Description: –

  • Prepare and maintain employment records such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management forms
  • Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations
  • Setting the hiring process and handling the related paperwork.
  • Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities
  • Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws
  • Schedule or conduct new employee orientations.
  • Help managers in assessing employee engagement and evaluation
  • Responsible for analyzing training needs, developing training curriculum, and delivering training courses
  • Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms
  • Confer with management to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures.
  • Select qualified job applicants or refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.

Work Requirements: –

  • 2 -3 years of experience in the HR function
  • In-depth knowledge of human resources operations and best practices
  • Hands-on experience in using MS Office, databases, and HRIS systems
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • MA in Business Administration or similar relevant field
  • Any additional training and certification in Human Resource Management will be considered an advantage
