Job Description: –
- Prepare and maintain employment records such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management forms
- Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations
- Setting the hiring process and handling the related paperwork.
- Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities
- Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws
- Schedule or conduct new employee orientations.
- Help managers in assessing employee engagement and evaluation
- Responsible for analyzing training needs, developing training curriculum, and delivering training courses
- Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms
- Confer with management to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures.
- Select qualified job applicants or refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.
Work Requirements: –
- 2 -3 years of experience in the HR function
- In-depth knowledge of human resources operations and best practices
- Hands-on experience in using MS Office, databases, and HRIS systems
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- MA in Business Administration or similar relevant field
- Any additional training and certification in Human Resource Management will be considered an advantage
