This program focuses on the remuneration governance and remuneration performance-based remuneration. It explains the tools and techniques of linking executives and staff remuneration to corporate level KPIs and also it introduces the skills of developing a LTI (Long Term Incentive Plans). Also it focuses on how to generate required reporting and disclosures related to remuneration aspects. The course also teach the attendees the methods of calculating Board remuneration and Board committees members compensations.
