Sustainable Event Management

“A sustainable event is designed, organized, and implemented in a way that minimizes potential negative impacts and leaves a beneficial legacy for the host community and all involved.”

UN Sustainable Events Guide

During these transformational times, when we host an event, our priority and responsibility is to first think about the safety and security of our people, planet, and prosperity.

DCarbon provides Sustainable Event Management Services according to international standards and the latest global meeting practices.

A Sustainable and Carbon-Neutral Event guarantees your safety precautions, minimizes your environmental footprint, and at the same time builds a sustainability legacy for your organizational image.

We provide you with “Sustainable Event Certificates” and include your organization into our hub of Sustainable Event Organizers as a best practice to be communicated and disseminated at national, regional, and international communication channels.

Our scope is to help your organization host safe and sustainable events respectfully and responsibly towards the people and the environment.

Our team stands ready to develop your Sustainable and Carbon-Neutral event and build your Sustainability Task Force, GHG Inventory, Carbon-offset Scheme, and Implementation Plan.

After the event, we undertake the development of your Sustainable and Carbon-Neutral Event Report to assist you to communicate your positive impact to your stakeholders and the community.

Our guidelines are based on the UNFCCC directions and practices on building the sustainable event industry, along with the UN Sustainable Events Guide and the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.

Our reporting process is based on the GRI Standards and the GRI-G4 Event Organizers Sector Disclosures, consisting of a set of disclosures for use by all organizations in the Event Organizers sector to cover the key aspects of sustainability performance for an event.
